I would guide customers through the process of investigating the problems that may be found following my free initial survey and will then provide a free estimate to carry out the works required to resovle any problems found.
Initial contact from the customer.
Attend appointment arranged at customer's convenience.
Fully discuss the works required.
Survey the roofs in question and take all necessary details.
Provide a fully detailed free estimate to clearly inform the customer of what we intend to do to solve the water ingress and any problems found for example timber repairs required etc.
Following acceptance we shall carry out the works as per the estimate to the customers satisfaction and shall not add any 'extras' without the customers full consent first.
